Activists supporting the Palestinian cause, including the activists of the “Collectif Palestine Vaincra” association, appeared to raise the Palestine flags high along the itinerary of the Tour de France, chanting slogans of solidarity with Palestine, coinciding with the passing of the Israeli cycling team.
A number of activists organized similar stops, in previous stages of the race track most notably in the Switzerland stage, in the city of Lausanne.
Participants raised banners of solidarity with the Palestinian cause along the route of the race track in the city.
