At least 26 Palestinains were killed today Thursday July 18 as Israeli forces launched a barrage of airstrikes on the Gaza Strip’s refugee camps in central Gaza and struck Gaza City in the north.
Many people were killed after an Israeli missile struck a residential building in Al-Daawa neighborhood, north of Al-Nuseirat refugee camp in Gaza.
In Al-Bureij camp, more than 7 Palestinains were killed and others wounded as a result of airstrikes on Azara and Abu Hasna family.
Israeli airstrikes also attacked displaced Palestinians sheltering in Al-Falah School near the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City.
According to health officials and residents, Israeli tanks also pushed deeper into Rafah in southern Gaza and continued to fire artillery shells at the central and northern parts of Rafah city.
Meanwhile, Palestinian civil defense teams excavated 12 bodies from a mass grave inside Al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis after weeks of Israeli occupation withdrawal from the city.
The withdrawal has revealed tens of mass graves of Palestinian civilians, including women and children who were executed during the invasion.
Since Oct. 7, Israeli forces have killed more than 38,848 Palestinains; the majority are women and children.
