DaysofPal – Three Palestinians were killed and 12 others injured in the past 24 hours as the Israeli genocidal campaign continued across the Gaza Strip, according to the enclave’s Ministry of Health, which said the death toll since the ceasefire took effect in October has risen to 1,203.
In its daily statistical report released on Monday, the ministry said two of the victims were newly brought to hospitals, while a third Palestinian died from wounds sustained in an earlier Israeli attack.
The ministry added that an unknown number of victims remain trapped beneath the rubble or lying in areas inaccessible to ambulance and civil defense crews due to ongoing brutal Israeli attacks.
The latest casualties came amid continued Israeli attacks across several parts of Gaza. The Gaza Fishermen’s Committee Union reported that three fishermen were injured after an Israeli drone opened fire while they were working near Gaza City’s port.
Meanwhile, Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis said it had received several Palestinians wounded by Israeli gunfire in areas south of the city that lie outside Israel’s declared military control zones.
In central Gaza, Israeli military vehicles opened fire toward the Abu al-Ajin area, southeast of Deir al-Balah, while several Israeli tanks advanced into the area from the Kisufim military site.
Israeli artillery also shelled the eastern outskirts of the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, while Israeli naval vessels fired heavy machine guns toward Gaza City’s coastline.
Since the ceasefire agreement went into effect on October 11, 2025, 1,203 Palestinians have died and 3,900 have been injured, according to the Ministry of Health. The ministry also said 803 bodies have been recovered during the same period.
The ministry further stated that 73,329 Palestinians have died and 174,009 have been injured as a result of Israel’s genocidal campaign in Gaza since October 7, 2023.
