DayofPal—Israeli settlers reportedly seized a Palestinian family’s home in the village of Jalud, south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, after months of pressure and attacks that forced the family to displace.
According to local Palestinian sources, the family of Mahmoud Al-Tubasi endured more than three months of harassment, including the burning of their home, the establishment of a nearby settlement outpost, and the cutting of electricity.
Settlers also blocked deliveries of food, water, and medicine before taking over the property after the family was forced to evacuate.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces continued military raids across the occupied West Bank. In Qabatiya, south of Jenin, troops entered the town twice in one day, patrolling neighborhoods, disrupting movement, and detaining several Palestinians for field questioning.
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has documented more than 1,260 Israeli settler attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank since the start of 2026, averaging about six attacks per day.
These incidents have resulted in widespread casualties, displacement, and property damage.
Approximately 850 Palestinians have been injured due to settler violence, with nearly 690 directly injured by settlers and the rest by Israeli forces managing or participating in the attacks.
Recurrent settler attacks and related access restrictions have forcibly displaced over 2,300 Palestinians, including more than 1,000 children, and led to the total displacement of multiple Bedouin and farming communities.
Settlers’ assaults also include arson attacks on homes, mosques, and vehicles, alongside vandalism or destruction of hundreds of olive trees, livestock, and water infrastructure.
