DaysofPal- The Israeli Ministry of Health announced on Wednesday evening that 3,834 people have been injured since the start of the war with Iran, with 74 individuals still receiving treatment in hospitals.
In a statement, the ministry said that by 6:00 p.m. on 18 March 2026, a total of 3,834 injured people had been evacuated to hospitals. Among those currently hospitalized, one case is listed as critical, six as serious, 11 as moderate, and 56 as minor.
The updated figures indicate an increase from the previous day. On Tuesday evening, the number of injured stood at 3,727, meaning that 107 additional people were wounded over the past 24 hours.
According to the Institute for National Security Studies, affiliated with Tel Aviv University, 14 Israelis have been killed since the outbreak of the current conflict.
Israeli authorities have imposed stringent information controls on these developments concerning the extent of war-related damage and casualties. The military has also warned against publishing or circulating images and videos of targeted sites.
Since 28 February, Israel and the United States have been carrying out military operations against Iran, resulting in hundreds of deaths, including senior figures such as Ali Khamenei and security officials.
