DaysofPal- Israeli occupation forces (IOF) carried out a large-scale arrest campaign at dawn on Wednesday against the Palestinian people, storming towns and cities across the occupied West Bank as well as Palestinian communities.
The Israeli raids sparked confrontations with residents and were accompanied by house searches and intimidation tactics.
In Qalqilya, the IOF arrested Majed Hossam Al-Sheikh, in his thirties, after raiding his home in the village of Siniria.
IOF also entered the city from its southern entrance, deployed in the Al-Bireen area and Wadi Street, and stormed a residential building in the Shreem neighborhood, firing stun grenades extensively.
In Nablus, the IOF arrested Shadi Ahmad Ali Mansour from his home in Kafr Qalil, south of the city, and raided Balata refugee camp, searching several houses.
In Jenin, troops launched a wide campaign, besieging homes and detaining multiple residents. Among those arrested were Mahmoud Al-’Alawneh, who was forced to surrender after soldiers surrounded the house he was in within the Al-Marah neighborhood, along with Nazmi Al-’Alawneh and his son Helmi.
In Bethlehem, the IOF stormed the town of Al-‘Asakreh, raided homes, and distributed threat leaflets to residents.
Meanwhile, in Jerusalem, IOF continued, for the third consecutive day, raids in northwestern towns including Biddu, Qatanna, and Al-Qubeiba, subjecting residents to field interrogations and abuse.
Inside the occupied territories in 1948, the IOF arrested two young men, one from Shefa-‘Amr and another from Wadi Salameh.
