DaysofPal- The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on Tuesday that 83 Palestinians were killed and 223 others injured in the past 24 hours as Israeli attacks on the besieged enclave continue.

In its daily update, the ministry said among those killed were 14 people who died while searching for basic necessities, with another 37 injured.

This brings the overall toll of such incidents since the start of the war to 2,444 dead and more than 17,831 wounded.

The health authorities also confirmed that 399 Palestinians have now died from malnutrition, including 140 children.

Since the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) formally declared famine in Gaza, 121 deaths have been recorded, among them 25 children.

Hospitals continue to report daily starvation deaths, mostly among children, amid severe shortages of food and medicine.

From March 18, 2025, to date, at least 12,059 people have been killed and 51,278 injured. The cumulative death toll from the Israeli genocide, which began on October 7, 2023, has now reached 64,605 fatalities and 163,319 injuries, according to the ministry.

Officials warned that the real toll is likely much higher, as “many victims remain trapped under the rubble and on the streets, with ambulance and civil defense crews unable to reach them.”
