Burning of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the “Deal of the Century”

On August 21, 1969, the Al-Aqsa Mosque was burned, the first of the two Islamic Qibla and the third major mosque that attracts the traveler. The Zionist entity claimed that a young Australian named Dennis Michael Rohan carried it out, but this incident came within the framework of a series of actions carried out by the Zionist occupation since 1948 with the aim of obliterating the Islamic civilization identity of the city of Jerusalem.

Golda Meir, then Prime Minister of the Zionist entity, said after the incident; "I did not sleep all night, I was afraid that the Arabs could enter" Israel " in big groups from everywhere, but when the sun rose the next day I knew that we can do anything we want!"

These words were the key to Zionist barbarism in the occupied territories.

The Al-Aqsa Mosque fire is a challenge to Muslims who have "kept silent" over injustice, and the response is no more than empty statements and demonstrations suppressed by some regimes.

The Zionist crimes against the Arabs and Muslims because of the security continued by the Zionists. If the response of Muslims and the so-called countries of resilience and confrontation came a quick response had been serious, the balance of power in the region would have changed.

What we see in these days of liquidation of the Palestinian cause through displacement and infanticide for every popular Palestinian movement is only a link in the series of the infanticide of the cause of the liberation of Palestine. After the burning of Al-Aqsa, we entered “Camp David”, “Oslo”, “Wadi Araba”, “Camp David II”, and the “Arab Peace Initiative”. Then we sat at the negotiating table and accepted the Zionist entity as a partner in the alleged peace, and changed the name of the state of occupation to the state of "Israel", and visits announced and secret from some Arabs to the Zionists continued.

Therefore, the so-called "deal of the century" is only the last link, as they think, in ending the Palestinian jihad and a result of the results of the burning of the Aqsa, and those who kept silent on the burning of the Aqsa will close their eyes on the "deal of the century."

We honor and respect the Palestinian people for their unwavering stance to regain their land and sanctities.

The refusal of the State of Kuwait to participate in any conference or event in the presence of the Zionists, and describing the Israeli aggression as the Zionist occupation in the official and private media, as well as using the term of “Palestinians resistance”, and calling the Palestinians killed by Zionists "martyrs" . All these are ways to support Jerusalem and Palestine.

We are certain of the return of the occupied Aqsa and the liberation of Palestine, a faith and religion that we believe in.

Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa are not only for the Palestinians, but they are Islamic land that all Muslims share in defending and will be sinful if they give up.

Combatants, both men and women now on the territory of Al-Aqsa are the cornerstone for the liberation of Jerusalem. Muslims must support them.

We appeal to Allah to punish all who participated in the burning of the Aqsa Mosque.
