Palestinians in the Gaza Strip have mourned the death of two members of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Movement of Hamas, on Tuesday, October 10th, 2023.
Mr. Zakaria Abu Mamar, responsible for the Hamas National Relations, and Mr. Jawad Abu Shamala, responsible for the Hamas Economic file, were fatally killed in an Israeli raid southern Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army said in a statement that Israeli aircraft associated with the Israeli army assassinated, Tuesday night, Jawad Abu Shamala in a directed airstrike on his place. While, Zakaria Abu Momar was killed in a separate incident.
Two days ago, Israeli warplanes targeted the house of Mr. Zakarka Abu Mamar. No casualties were reported.
The Israeli occupation forces have continued their aggression on Gaza for the fourth consecutive day, using a “scorched earth” policy by targeting various locations simultaneously.
According to the latest statistics of the Ministry of Health, 765 Palestinians have been killed, including 140 children and 105 women, and 4,000 have been injuried so far.
