The Union of Temple Mount Groups called Wednesday, 29 March 2023 the Israeli settlers to invade Al-Aqsa Mosque during the so-called Jewish Passover holiday and to offer animal sacrifices in its courtyards.
Media sources reported that the right-wing Temple Mount Groups mobilized their colonial settler to carry out large-scale incursions into the Al-Aqsa mosque and offer animal sacrifices on 4 April which coincides with the 14th day of the holy month of Ramadan.
Israeli settlers intend to perform provocative Talmudic rituals, read biblical passages aloud and collectively, and conduct evocative dances in Al-Aqsa Mosque yards.
In response, Palestinian activists and officials called on the Palestinain people to intensify their presence at Al-Aqsa Mosque on the coming Wednesday to confront settlers’ widespread incursions.
Right-wing colonial settlers repeatedly raid the Muslim holy sites in occupied Jerusalem basically Al-Aqsa Mosque, using Jewish holidays as an excuse.
As part of a decades-old accord between Jordan and the Israeli occupation, non-Muslims are not allowed to perform any religious rituals inside the confines of Al-Aqsa Mosque, nor are Israeli symbols allowed to be displayed.
Last February, more than 3,587 colonial Israeli settlers invaded Al-Aqsa Mosque, performed provocative Talmudic rituals in its yards, and conducted the so-called “epic prostration” at its gates.
