The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced Monday, February 7, 2023 its intention to seize hundreds of dunums of agricultural Palestinian land southwest of the southern West Bank city of Bethlehem, according to local sources.
Wall and Settlements Resistance Commission stated that Israel intends to seize 490 dunums of land from the town of Nahalin and the village of al-Jabaa in order to expand the illegal settlements of Alon Shafot and Givaot.
It’s noteworthy that these provocative acts come amid the escalating atmosphere, especially after the formation of the new Israeli Government.
Daily violations against Palestinian citizens, deliberate detentions, house demolitions, expanding settlements and mandatory deportation policy occur on a daily basis in a way to suffocate and complicate Palestinian lives.
