The Israeli occupation forces seized on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, a bicycle that they had snatched from a Palestinian child in the city of Hebron.
According to local Palestinian sources, the occupation forces seized the bike and prevented Palestinian children from playing with it in the Jaber neighborhood, south of Hebron.
After seizing the boy’s bike, an Israeli soldier threw it into the trash can.
The occupation forces pursue a policy of restricting Palestinian children, in violation of international norms, laws, and covenants.
Even in Israeli courts, cruel and unprecedented sentences are issued against detained Palestinian children.
According to the Palestinian Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission, the number of children detained by the Israeli occupation since 1967 is estimated to be more than 50,000 Palestinian children, male and female.
