Days of Palestine, West Bank -Israeli occupation forces murdered on Wednesday morning Palestinian citizen in the village of Surif in the West Bank city of Al-Khalil.
Our sources said that 45 Israeli military vehicles, including bulldozers stormed the village late on Tuesday night and encircled a house owned by Al-Heeh family.
The Israeli occupation forces used a loudspeaker and called for Mohamed al-Faqih, the martyr who was murdered later on, and asked him to hand himself over the them, but he refused.
According to our sources, the Israeli occupation opened fire and launched rockets at the house while Mohamed was there. He replied with live fire and the confrontation continued seven hours.
In the early Wednesday morning, the house was completely demolished and Mohamed was announced dead by the Israeli occupation forces.
Eyewitnesses said they saw the Israeli occupation forces pulling Mohamed’s body from beneath the debris of the destroyed house.

Palestinian medical sources reported five other Palestinians wounded in the same incident and all were moved to hospital.

Spokesman of the Israeli occupation army Avichay Adraee said in a statement in Arabic that the Israeli troops exchanged fire with Mohamed al-Faqih after surrounding the house, fired anti-tank missiles at him and the bulldozers demolished the house.
