OBVIOUS BIAS: Palestinians Scrap UK Decision to Transfer its Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

A senior Palestinian official, Abdulatief Qano, said that what the UK prime minister, Liz Truss, is willing to do by transferring UK embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem is an “obvious bias” to Israeli Occupation and it shall not grant Israeli Occupation legitimacy on the Palestinian territories.

“As usual, the UK government continues to back Israeli Occupation violations against Palestinians as it did before when it granted Israeli regime the Belfour Declaration in 1948 which gave the right to Israeli Occupation to have a state on their own on the Palestinian territories,” Qano added.

He continued: “Such scandalous move by UK government would ignite holistic anger to our people {Palestinians} and would stumble any chance of the so-called “two- state solution” process.”

The UK newly elected prime minister, Liz Truss, met Israeli Occupation PM on Wednesday evening, September 21, 2022, during the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

There are four official foreign ministries in Jerusalem that are interacting with Israeli Occupation as the latter is putting its effort to gain profit and legitimacy on the world stage.
