Hamas hailed Palestinian freedom fighters in Jenin camp for courageously fending off the Israeli occupation army and its special forces.
“As we salute Palestinian freedom fighters in Jenin refugee camp, we call for escalating resistance against the Israeli occupation and colonial settlers across the occupied West Bank,” the movement said in a statement.
“We hail Palestinian freedom fighters in Jenin camp for courageously fending off the Israeli occupation army and defending the house of Palestinian martyr Ra’ad Hazem,” it added.
“We mourn the death of Palestinian martyr Ahmad al-Sa’adi, who fell while confronting the invading Israeli occupation forces on Saturday morning,” it confirmed.
Also, the movement called on the Palestinian people to escalate their resistance in the face of Israeli crimes and colonial settler violence across the occupied West Bank and in support of the residents of Jenin camp, who have set an outstanding example in unity and joint work.
“The blood of Palestinian martyrs who have fallen during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan will not go in vain. Palestinian freedom fighters are committed to defending the Palestinian people against the Israeli occupation,” it concluded.
