Israeli occupation forces burned on Wednesday, 6 September 2023 Palestinian lands in the village of Burqa, east of Ramallah, and set up military checkpoints at the entrance to the village.
Local Palestinian sources said that the Israeli occupation forces fired flares in the vicinity of the village which caused the burning of areas of Palestinian citizens’ lands.
Israeli occupation forces tightened their procedures at the military checkpoint established at the northern entrance to Al-Bireh, checking Palestinian citizens’ ID cards and searching their vehicles, sources added.
In August 2023, Israeli occupation forces and settlers committed 851 violations according to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission.
