A recent report by Israel Hayom has unveiled the extensive scale of U.S. military assistance to Israel since the onset of the Gaza Genocide.
The report details that the United States has delivered a broad spectrum of weapons and equipment to Israel via an ongoing air and sea supply operation.
Over 50,000 tons of military equipment have been delivered to the occupation state of Israel through 500 flights and 107 sea shipments since the beginning of Israeli war on Gaza.
The shipments include a wide range of items such as armored vehicles, ammunition, personal protective gear, and medical equipment.
The Israeli Ministry of Defense announced that the 500th flight in this extensive airlift operation landed in Israel over the weekend, underscoring the scale and commitment of this logistical effort.
The United States has also recently sanctioned a significant arms deal for Israel, encompassing advanced fighter jets anticipated to bolster Israel’s military dominance in the Middle East.
As reported by military correspondent Avi Ashkenazi from the Hebrew newspaper Maariv, the F-15EX fighter jets included in this deal are among the most advanced offensive aircraft in the world, offering capabilities that will significantly bolster the Israeli Air Force’s dominance across the region.
This comes even as Israel continues to bombard Gaza, as well as other countries in the region, risking an escalation of the situation in the region.
In early June, Israel formalized an agreement to acquire 25 F-35 fighter jets from the United States for $3 billion. Furthermore, in April, President Joe Biden approved a substantial $26.4 billion aid package for Israel, which included $14 billion designated specifically for military support.
In March, a report by the Washington Post revealed that the United States has authorized over 100 arms sales to Israel since the commencement of the Gaza offensive, supplying thousands of precision-guided munitions, bunker-busting bombs, and other forms of lethal aid.
