UN Security Council to Hold Session on Israeli Attack on Al-Aqsa Mosque

UN Security Council to Hold Session on Israeli Attack on AL-Aqsa Mosque
M.S | DOP -

The UN Security Council is to hold today, Thursday, April 6, 2023, an emergency closed session at the joint request of Palestine, Jordan, the UAE, and China, to discuss Israeli violations of Al-Aqsa Mosque.

This request comes after the Israeli occupation forces brutally attacked the Palestinian worshipers and besieged them in Al-Qibli Mosque, forcing them to leave it by force, in preparation for the Israeli colonizers storming into Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The Israeli forces stormed, on Tuesday night, Wednesday, and last night, Al-Aqsa Mosque after the Tarawih and Fajr prayers, and brutally assaulted the worshipers in the Al-Qibli prayer hall, opened fire on them after they climbed onto the roofs of the prayer hall and broke the windows.

They tied the worshipers inside the mosque and brutally beat them using their high-tech weapons, which led to the injury of dozens, and some of them were transferred to the hospital.

The Israeli attack on the Palestinian worshipers at Al-Aqsa sparked local, Arab, and international reactions rejecting and condemning these incursions and attacks.
