The Israeli occupation forces handed nine citizens demolition and halting construction notices in the town of Nahalin, west of Bethlehem today, Monday, July 25th
Deputy Mayor of Nahalin Ibrahim Abu Ghayada said that the occupation forces stormed the “Qornet Ad-Damas” area south of Nahalin town, and handed Muhammad Youssef Awad, Ibrahim Youssef Awad, Ahmed Jamil Awad and Fayez Bader Theeb Najjarah demolition notices to agricultural rooms
In addition to each of the Salem Mahmoud Salem Najajrah, Mazen Yousef Awad, and Subhi Muhammad Ahmad Salama, notices to stop work in agricultural rooms, and a notice to demolish a building floor to Mohammed Jamal Zaidan, and a notice to stop existing construction for Ahmed Mahmoud Ishaq Najajra.
He pointed out that yesterday, the occupation forces stormed the same area and tried to seize a bulldozer, and detained Ahmed Mahmoud Sawad for several hours.
On a similar note, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a house and a residential tent south of Hebron.
The coordinator of the popular and national committees to resist the wall and settlements south of Hebron, Ratib Jabour, told “Wafa” that the occupation forces raided the Umm Qassa community in the Yatta desert and demolished a house inhabited by Najeh Taimat and his family of 10.
Al-Jabour added that the occupation forces demolished and seized a residential tent for Mohammed Hassan Daoud, in the village of Al-Bweeb, east of Yatta.
He pointed out that the occupation authorities escalated their attacks against the citizens of Yatta and the villages of Khirb and Masafer, south of Hebron, by demolishing homes and facilities, preventing citizens from building, and depriving them of electricity and drinking water to force them to leave their homes and leave their lands, in order to expand settlement outposts.
