Israeli Forces Kills Palestinian Teen and Injures Three Others

Ahmad Muhammad Lotfi Massad (18 years), from the town of Burqin, was killed, and three others were wounded, during the Israeli occupation forces storming the city of Jenin and its camp in the early hours of the today 27th of April.

The director of Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin, Jani Abu Jokha, told our correspondent that the young man, Massad, died of a bullet wound to the head, and three others were moderately wounded.

Immediately after the announcement of Massad’s death, a march began in front of Ibn Sina Hospital in the city of Jenin, in which mourners carried the martyr on their shoulders.

They roamed the streets of the city and its camp, amid angry slogans condemning the crimes of the Israeli occupation forces.

The occupation forces stormed Jenin camp from 5 entrances with more than 70 military enclaves and carried out raids and arrests spree. Occupation snipers were deployed on the rooftops of the Freedom Theatre, and a large force of the army was stationed at the Ayyash roundabout in Jenin, according to local sources

Violent confrontations took place between the young men in Jenin and its camp, and the occupation forces, who fired live bullets at them, which led to the death of the young man, Massad, and the wounding of three Teenagers

these injuries included A 16-year-old boy was shot in the foot, a 19-year-old boy was shot in the pelvis, and a 19-year-old boy was injured in the foot and hand.

Security sources told “Wafa” that the occupation forces arrested from Jenin camp: Assem Jamal Abu Al-Heija, Yazan Merhi, and Nidal Amin Khazem, after they raided and searched their homes.

The same sources added that the occupation forces beat the mother of the detainee Abu Al-Heija, destroyed the contents of his house, and wreaked havoc in it.

In the same context, the occupation forces stormed the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, and raided a number of citizens’ homes, searched them, and tampered with their contents.

Security sources told WAFA’s correspondent that the occupation forces arrested three citizens during their storming of Qabatiya. They are, Yasser Abu al-Rub, and the two freed prisoners, Alaa Hanaysha, and Ali Abu al-Rub.

According to sources, the number of martyrs has increased to 22, including three women and a child (13 years), and 51 deaths have occurred since the beginning of this year as a result of recurrent occupation forces raids and atrocities into Palestinian cities, towns, villages, and camps.
