Several Palestinians were reported injured last night, November 29, as Israeli settlers attacked the Palestinian families in the Jabal Jales area, west of the occupied West Bank city of Hebron.
Palestinian local sources reported that dozens of Israeli settlers broke into Jabal Jales, assaulted members of the Abu Zour family, and sprayed them with pepper gas. Several suffered breathing problems as a result.
In a related incident, Israeli occupation forces fired live bullets and tear gas canisters at Palestinian youths in Beit Ummar, south of Hebron, injuring three youths with live bullets and others with suffocation.
Moreover, the Palestinian medic Khaled Qufaisha, 32, was hit by an Israeli gas canister in the chest as Israeli occupation forces targeted an ambulance while heading to evacuate the injured youths of Beit Ummar.
Earlier on Wednesday, Israeli occupation forces shot and killed five Palestinians, including two siblings, during raids in different parts of the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian ministry of health said that the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces so far in 2022 has reached 204 victims, including 52 killed in the Gaza Strip.
