Dozens of Israeli settlers received Saturday, December 17, 2022 biblical explanations in Al-Buraq Square, west of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and others performed Talmudic rituals in Al-Ghazali Square near the mosque, on the eve of the Jewish “Anwar” holiday.
Israeli settlers also performed Talmudic rituals in Al-Ghazali Square near the Lions’ Gate in the eastern wall of the Old City, in occupied Jerusalem.
Jewish groups, headed by the extremist Ben Gvir, had called for unprecedented storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque, on the occasion of the Jewish “Anwar” holiday, which begins tomorrow, Sunday, and continues until the twenty-sixth of this December.
It is noteworthy that the Israeli occupation is taking advantage of the Jewish holidays with the aim of escalation in the city of Jerusalem, by justifying the storming and closing the entrances to the Holy City.
They justify this with isolating it from its surroundings, turning it into a military barracks, preventing Palestinian people from entering it, suppressing and assaulting worshipers and providing full protection for settlers to invade the place and perform their Talmudic rituals.
