PPS: Palestinian Prisoner in Israeli Occupation Jails Diagnosed with a Lung Tumor

Days of Palestine -

Palestinian Prisoner’s Society (PPS) reported that Palestinian prisoner in Israeli occupation jails Shadi Ghawadra has been diagnosed with a lung tumor amid delays by the Israeli Prison Service in allowing him access to the necessary medical examinations.

Ghwadra, 34, a resident of the village of Bir el-Basha, north of the occupied West Bank, has been in prison since 2003 and is serving a life in prison.

He’s already suffering various health issues due to being wounded by Israeli occupation soldiers at the time he was arrested in 2003.

There are more than 4,500 Palestinian political prisoners in Israeli jails.
