American football fans expressed Tuesday, 29 November 2022 their solidarity and constant support for the Palestinian cause, stressing that Palestine will be free one day.
The American fans indicated that, as American citizens, they believe that the Palestinian cause is a just cause and that Palestinians must gain their freedom one day.
This came following their national team match against its Iranian counterpart at the World Cup 2022 held in Qatar.
“Today is the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People and we, as American citizens, stand with Palestine.” said, American cheerleaders.
She added “We believe that Palestine deserves to be free and we will see it free one day. Salute Palestine.”
An American fan asserted that Americans, referring to citizens, support Palestinian rights and they are friends with the Palestinian people.
“I want you to know that American citizens support Palestine on a daily basis and we have so much love in our hearts for Palestinians,” he added.
The feelings of the masses participating in the Qatar World Cup 2022 towards the Palestinian cause aroused the attention of many, especially the Palestinians who were there as the Palestinian flags were carried everywhere.
A Palestinian fan said: “What makes me happy in this place is that our cause is a just cause.”
The Qatar World Cup 2022 was a space to show love for Palestine as participants of all nationalities and countries are raising the flag of Palestine whether inside the stadiums or in the streets, in a scene that confirms the Palestinian right to be free one day.
