Palestinian youth Succumbed on Tuesday, 14 February 2023 to an injury sustained by Israeli occupation bullets on January 2021, in the Al-Tuwani area of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

Local Palestinian medical sources announced the death of the 27-year-old Palestinian youth Haroun Rasmi Yusef Abu Aram who was shot by Israeli occupation live bullets on January 2021 in the Al-Tuwani area of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron.

The director of Yatta Governmental Hospital Ziyad Abu Zahra stated that the Palestinian young man Abu Aram was wounded about two years ago with Israeli live bullets in the neck from point-blank range. He added that the injury led to quadriplegia and blockage in the arteries of the leg causing amputation, severe ulcers in the back and pelvis, and severe infections in the lungs.

Abu Zahra explained that a rapid deterioration and complications occurred in Abu Aram’s health which led to his death.

Abu Aram went through a long treatment journey, underwent a number of surgeries, and his right foot was amputated.

It’s worth noting that since the beginning of 2023, Israeli occupation forces and settlers claimed the lives of at least 49 Palestinians including 9 children, an elderly woman, and a Palestinian detainee in the Israeli occupation jails.
