A Palestinian youth succumbed on Friday, 24 February 2023 to his critical injuries from Israeli troops’ gunfire in the al-Arroub refugee camp, north of the occupied West Bank city of Hebron.
The Palestinain Ministry of Health reported that a 22-year-old Palestinian youth Mohammad Jawabreh succumbed to critical injuries that he sustained from Israeli troops’ on Thursday afternoon after being shot by a live bullet that pierced his head in the southern occupied West Bank refugee camp of al-Arroub.
Jawabreh was transferred to the Palestinain Hospital of al-Ahliu, where medics said that the live round caused significant damage to his brain, and was later pronounced dead.
Since the beginning of 2023, Israeli occupation forces and settlers have killed 65 Palestinians, including 13 children, four elderly, and a detainee in Israeli jails, according to the statistics of the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
