The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that Fawaz Ahmad Saleh v, from the town of Beta, south of Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank, was killed as a result of being shot by the Israeli occupation forces.
Hamil was shot by occupation gunfire in the chest during confrontations in the town of Beta yesterday morning, Wednesday, and was transferred to the Arab Specialist Hospital in Nablus.
Hamil underwent several life-saving surgeries before being declared dead.
The occupied West Bank has been witnessing for weeks a major Israeli military escalation, the heaviest in many years in the occupied West Bank, resulting in the death and injury of dozens of Palestinian civilians over the past few days.
