Palestinian prisoner Samer Al-Issawi, entered today, November 11, his 12th consecutive day of hunger strike in Israeli occupation forces.
Samer Al-Issawi, known as the one who went on the longest hunger strike in Israeli prions, started his hunger strike in solidarity with Palestinian families of martyrs whose bodies were withheld by Israel.
In 2013, Samer Al-Issawi obtained his freedom following 8 months of hunger strike in Israeli prisons. He was re-arrested by Israeli forces later.
Wa’ed Association for Prisoners reported several days ago that Al-Issawi was injured as Israeli occupation forces broke into section 25 in Al-Naqab prison and attacked Palestinian prisoners.
Israeli occupation authorities hold the bodies of 105 Palestinians killed by Israeli forces, including 9 children, 3 women, and 8 prisoners.
