Palestinian detainee Hamza Al-Kalouti, 52, entered on Saturday, September 11, his 22nd consecutive year behind the bars of Israeli prisons.

Amjad Abu Asab, the head of the committee of relatives of Jerusalemite detainees, stated that prisoner Hamza Al-Kalouti was detained on September 11, 2001.

He added that prisoner Hamza is one of the sick prisoners who were subjected to Israel’s policy of deliberate medical negligence.

About 600 Palestinian sick prisoners are held in Israeli prisons. Israeli deprives them of adequate treatment with no regard to the International community.
