Palestine, an area of the eastern Mediterranean region contains territories mainly occupied by Israel, the Gaza Strip (along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea) and the West Bank (west of the Jordan River).
Al Aqsa also known as Al Quds is also located in Palestine. This mosque has the sacred place in the hearts of every Muslim. The foundation of Al Aqsa (Qibla-e-Awal) was first laid by Hazrat Ibrahim AS followed completion by Hazrat Sulaiman AS. Since the beginning Palestinians were living peacefully, but destiny turned the tables and all the happiness turned into tragedies and sorrows.
Who can forget the Holocaust of Jews? In 1933 when Hitler the German Christian took over the oath as the General of Germany , he murdered thousands of Jews living in Germany and Eastern Europe, total death of jews peope tolled to 6 million including 1.5 million children. After the incident, only 1% Jews were left and no Jew was allowed to leave the country. After the death of Adolf Hitler, they were thrown out of the country and no one was ready to give them refuge but only one country did. Only one country opened its heart for them and it was ‘Palestine’.
Sometimes people with a good heart suffers the most and so did Palestinians. They opened their hearts for Jews and Jews rip their hearts off. Within a few years, Jews created their own sect called Zionism which followed the footsteps of Hitler and developed hatred not for Christians but for those who were their life savers, they occupied their land and turned Palestine into an illegal state called Israel and their hatred for Muslims grew stronger and stronger with time that they didn’t realise how far they went in the name of their sect.
From 1948 till this day, many Palestinians were brutally murdered, tortured, kidnapped, arrested and many were forced to go on hunger strike if they wanted freedom, so far around 5.1 million Palestinians have been murdered by Israelites. This is just the estimated number the exact figure may be ever worsen.
On 02 Nov 1917, the Foreign secretary of Britain, Arthur Balfour wrote in a 67 words letter to Lionel Rothschild the head of the British Jew Community, in which he said, ‘The establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people and to facilitate the achievement of this object.’ This may be considered a pre-planning of British government to turn Palestine into illegal Occupied Palestine territory knowns as Israel. This was considered as trick of British to throw them out from the country due to their evil brains.
In 1971, OIC was founded by the great leaders of the Muslim world, reaffirmed its continued full solidarity with the Palestinian people for the recovery of their established and inalienable national rights, including their right to return, to self-determination, and to the establishment of their independent state on their national territory with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital but all the things are only in documents. Despite Gaza turning into open air jail by Israel, every passing day brings more and more casualties to Palestine by Zionist Israel.
Pakistan has always supported Palestine, our great leader Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was one of the closest friends of Yasser Arafat the great leader of Palestine who stood for the basic rights of Palestine.
Not even only Plaestine but the whole Muslim world needs Sallahudin Ayubi of today to throw them out from the Holy city as happened in past. The day is not far when Plaestine will shine on the map of world and restore on its original and peaceful position.
