Days of Palestine – Bethlehem
Settlers under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, after midnight, widened an agricultural road in the "Al-Khammar" area of Battir town, west of Bethlehem.
Local sources reported that a group of settlers, under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, bulldozed lands to expand an agricultural road that leads to the Khimar lands, specifically "Khirbet Musa", 100 meters long and 6 meters wide, for settlement purposes.
It is noteworthy that the Al-Khamar area has been exposed for a long time to a settlement attack, which was the erection of mobile homes and tents before the citizens confronted and removed them.
The Israeli occupation forces establish about 503 settlement outposts, 474 of which are in the West Bank, and 29 in Jerusalem. Their area constitutes more than 46% of the total area of the West Bank, in which about 700,000 settlers live, who carry out almost daily attacks in the occupied Palestinian territories.
