The Israeli occupation forces last night and at dawn Saturday launched a campaign of raids and arrests in various West Bank and Occupied Jerusalem areas.
Al-Issawiya town in Occupied Jerusalem witnessed violent confrontations that lasted from Friday night until Saturday dawn between Israeli police forces and Palestinian youths who responded to the police raid with stones and fireworks.
The Israeli police also arrested Jerusalemite Hamza Abu Nab in front of Bab Al-Sahira and Yusef Al-Kiswani near the eastern entrance of Al-Issawiya town.
In Nablus, local sources reported that Israeli occupation forces stormed an area to the west of Beit Furik checkpoint and the vicinity of Almaslakh area after suspecting a Palestinian car that had stopped abruptly there but it was later found that it had a technical problem.
In Qalqilya, Israeli occupation forces arrested the kid Muhammad Nazzal from the center of the city and tried to raid the zoo to search it but the zoo keepers closed the gates and did not allow the soldiers to enter.
Al-Arroub refugee camp in al-Khalil witnessed similar confrontations after stones were thrown at an occupation checkpoint in front of the camp.
IOF soldier further stormed Arraba town, southwest of Jenin, and raided several houses especially in the vicinity of the municipality park which led to the outbreak of clashes between the youths and the occupation forces.
