Days Of Palestine – Gaza
Two delegations from the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, are set to arrive in Cairo and Moscow on Sunday.
Hamas's spokesman Hazem Qasem said that a delegation, led by the Hamas political bureau member Rawhi Mushtaha, is scheduled to visit Cairo on Sunday for talks with Egyptian officials.
The talks are expected to address the current situation in the Gaza Strip due to Israeli siege, internal Palestinian political issues, border security, and bilateral relations.
Another delegation, led by the head of the Hamas political bureau Ismail Haneyya, has headed to the Russian capital Moscow.
Hazem Qasem said that the visit came at the invitation of the Russian government to discuss bilateral relations.
The Hamas delegation will also brief the Russian government on the ongoing Israeli aggressions on the Palestinian people, especially in Gaza, Jerusalem and the West Bank, and the threats imposed by the US-Israeli "peace plan" for the Middle East, known as the "deal of the century".
