The Israeli occupation army’s civil administration on Saturday notified a Palestinian citizen of its intent to demolish his home in Beit Ummar town, north of Hebron in the West Bank.
Local activist Mohamed Awad said that Mohamed al-Alami received a military demolition order against his one-story house, which is located in Wadi al-Sheikh area near the main entrance to Beit Ummar town.
The demolition notice claimed the house was built with no license, although the house is located in an area under the administrative jurisdiction of the town's municipality.
