The National Commission of the Great March of Return has announced that the upcoming weekly rallies in Gaza will be held under the name “the Bab al-Rahma Friday,” in reference to the Aqsa Mosque’s gate that was closed by the Israeli police.
In a news conference on Friday, the Commission urged the Palestinian citizens in Gaza to actively participate in the next Friday rallies in order to send a message to the Israeli occupation stating that “Jerusalem is a red line.”
The Commission warned Israel of persisting in its violations against the Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem, affirming that the Palestinian people would not remain silent towards its practices in the holy city and would foil all conspiracies targeting them and their national cause.
