Palestinian citizen from Gaza died early Sunday morning after he succumbed to wounds he sustained during Israeli occupation aggression on demonstrations of Palestine Land Day.
Spokesperson of the Palestinian Ministry of Health Ashraf al-Qidra that 29-year-old Fares al-Regib succumbed to a wound he sustained on Friday.
Al-Qidra said that the Israeli occupation forces shot him in the stomach with live ammunition during protests along the eastern borders of the besieged Gaza.
In a press conference held today morning, Al-Qidra said that that total of the Palestinians killed by the Israeli occupation forces during the protest reached 16.
He also said that 1,560 others were wounded, including 46 are still in critical conditions. He noted that the Israeli occupation forces mostly used live ammunition when they targeted the Palestinians.
