Days of Palestine, West Bank -Israeli Jewish settlers are very angry over international support for Sussia, a Palestinian village in West Bank city of Al-Khalil.
Israeli occupation has decided to demolish Sussia, but the Palestinian residents of the village, alongside with rights groups, including Israelis, have been insisting that the demolition is illegal.

United State, United Kingdom and the European Union voiced their objection to the demolition of the Palestinian village, which had been relocated several times since the 1980s in favour of expanding illegal Israeli Jewish settlements.
An Israeli diplomatic source was reported by an Israeli newspaper saying that both the United States and the European Union have spoken privately with Israeli officials about the matter.
“We hope the Israelis will not move ahead,” the source said, adding that to do so “would be to go against the whole international community,” elicit “a lot of angry reactions,” and would be the “crossing of a red line” because it would be “the first major displacement of a big group of people.”
Jerusalem Post reported South Hebron settlement Regional Council head Yochai Damri saying he was “outraged” with US interference with regard to Sussia.
“It is unacceptable that the US government would interfere on legal matters,” Damri told Jerusalem Post, adding: “We are talking about an attempt to prejudice the court in a foreign country.”
