Days of Palestine, Jerusalem –Tens of Jewish settlers broke into Al-Aqsa Mosque on Sunday morning and performed Talmudic rituals inside its Yards.
Witnesses told Days of Palestine that large numbers of Israeli police escorted the settlers, who broke into the Mosque from Al-Magharbeh Gate.
The Palestinians inside the Mosque attempted to face them, but the Israeli police set up a human cordon around them until they finished their rituals.
One of the guards of Al-Aqsa Mosque said that the Israeli police imposed strict measure on the Palestinian entering into the Mosque since the early morning. The Israeli police collected all IDs of the Palestinians allowed to enter into the Mosque.
Earlier this week, before the weekend, a group called ‘Students for the Sake of Temple’ pledged to perform Talmudic rituals inside the Sanctuary Yards of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
