The Israeli occupation authorities and settlers carried out 1197 attacks and violations within the month of October, ranging from attacks on citizens, vandalism, razing of land, uprooting trees, seizure of property, and closures.
These violations were mainly in Hebron (224 violations,) followed by Nablus (220) and then Ramallah (201) which are areas surrounded by illegal settlements housing different groups of extremist Jews.
The number of attacks carried out by settlers reached a record number in October, with 254 attacks, compared to the number in September.
The Israeli occupation authorities in October issued 12 warrants, including demolition notices and cessation of construction under the pretext of lack of license, most of which were in Qalqilya and Tubas. The demolitions carried out by the occupation forces amounted to 43 demolitions of houses and commercial facilities, mostly in Hebron, and Jerusalem.
A total of 1,584 trees were damaged and uprooted by illegal Israeli settlers, all of which were olive trees, mainly in Nablus, Hebron, and Tubas.
Since the beginning of October 2022, the Israeli occupation authorities have revealed that they have approved a number of settlement expansion plans in the occupied West Bank.
