UN report revealed on Saturday, August 20, that Israeli occupation authorities demolished about 50 Palestinian-owned structures in the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem over the past two weeks.
According to OCHA, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, Israeli occupation authorities demolished 50 structures, displacing about 55 Palestinians, including 28 children.
The report revealed that the Israeli occupation demolished the houses under the pretext of building without permits, adding that 12 of the demolished houses were donor-funded humanitarian assistance projects.
