Nafha Prisoners Return Meals in Support of 30 Administrative Prisoners

N.S | DOP -

Palestinian prisoners in “Nafha” prison have rejected to eat their meals on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, in solidarity with the 30 administrative prisoners who entered their 17th day of open-ended hunger strike in Israeli occupation jails, Prisoners Commission has confirmed.

30 Palestinian detainees continue their open-ended hunger strike for the 17th day in a row in protest against administration detention policy conducted by Israeli Occupation Service (IOS).

The 30 prisoners began to show signs of fatigue, exhaustion and extreme fatigue, lack of weight, joint pain, and severe wasting as a result of the lack of fluid and vitamins in the body.

On Sunday, other 20 Palestinian detainees joined their administrative fellows in Israeli occupation jails.

From late 2011 until the end of this year, Palestinian prisoners have gone on with more than 400 individual strikes, mostly against administrative detention.
