DaysofPal- Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) has warned that over one million people in Gaza are facing renewed terror after receiving urgent orders to evacuate Gaza City.
MSF confirmed that escape has become nearly impossible for the elderly, critically ill patients, pregnant women, and the wounded, while those who remain face a severe life-threatening risk.
It added that those attempting to flee are met with intense bombardment, and survivors will reach overcrowded areas in central and southern Gaza, where there is neither safety nor essential services to sustain life.
The organization stated that what is happening in Gaza is not merely a humanitarian disaster, but constitutes a systematic genocide of an entire people, noting that the human losses are immense and that the Israeli occupation is using high-powered weapons designed for open battlefield combat.
Doctors Without Borders warned that the situation requires urgent international action to save civilians and prevent the humanitarian catastrophe from worsening.
As of September 13, 2025, Gaza’s Ministry of Health reported that the number of casualties from the ongoing Israeli aggression since October 7, 2023, has risen to 64,522 deaths, including over 18,000 children and 12,400 women, with an additional 14,000 missing, believed to be trapped under the rubble.
The number of injured has exceeded 163,000 people, many in critical condition. Unofficial estimates suggest the actual death toll may be much higher, potentially ranging between 77,000 and 109,000, according to a study published by The Lancet.
