Gaza – The leader of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Ahmed Al-Mudallal, said that the Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid’s storming of the Bab Al-Amoud area in Jerusalem was a provocation to the feelings of the Islamic nation.
He added that these provocations inflame the security situation, and therefore the clashes against the Israeli occupation will not stop.
Al-Mudallal stressed that his movement views these practices as bringing them back to the battlefield of Saif al-Quds, especially as it erupted due to the provocations made by the Israeli occupation of the feelings of the Arab Islamic nation.”The Palestinian people and the resistance will not allow these violations of Islamic sanctities to continue,” he added.
He pointed out that the battle of Saif al-Quds began when thousands of settlers stormed the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and he believes that the events are repeating themselves.
Al-Mudallal believes that the actions of the Israeli occupation are attempts to desecrate Islamic sanctities and impose new facts in the city of Jerusalem.
He stressed that attempts to change the facts will not affect the nature of the place Al-Aqsa Mosque occupies in the hearts of the Arab Islamic nation.
According to the spoiler, “The Palestinian people will not allow there to be a time-sharing in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, as it is part of the Islamic faith.”
He pointed out that the Israeli occupation is trying to cover up its inability in the face of the guerrilla operations, which hit him in the strategic neck, and thus is trying to restore its deterrence power in front of its internal society.
Al-Mudallal concluded his speech, “The Palestinian resistance will not allow the Israeli occupation to continue its violations of Islamic sanctities, and the resistance’s weapon is ready to defend Al-Aqsa Mosque, the city of Jerusalem and the Palestinian people.”
