Israeli Occupation Prime Minister Yair Lapid and War Minister Benny Gants have been filed on Thursday ,15 September, with criminal charges in Gaza by German Jewish group
“We, Jewish voice for a just Peace in the Middle East, are filling criminal charges against Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid and “defense” minister Benny Gants for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed under their leadership in the Gaza Strip in August this year,” said JVJP
The group added that they refused the Israeli claims that “Operation Breaking Dawn” aggression was carried out as self-defense.
“This was a supposed pre-emptive aggression that was carried out without a concrete threat.” Continued JVJP.
IOF launched outrageous aggressions against civilians in the Gaza Strip and killed more than 4000 Palestinians. The final aggression has been this year in August which lasted for three days.
