The Israeli Occupation Supreme Court rejected Monday, October 31, 2022 for the third time in a row the petition submitted by the lawyer of the Palestinian prisoner Nasser Abu Humeid, who is a cancer-stricken, as if speaking to a brick wall.
According to the Palestinian Prisoner’s Club, this is the third time that the Israeli occupation courts decide to reject the request for early release of the prisoner Abu Humeid, who encounters a very critical health condition inside Israeli Ramle prison.
The Prisoner’s Club added that this expected decision means that all legal attempts in the case of the prisoner Abu Humeid have been exhausted.
Part of what came out of the court decision is that if Abu Humeid is released from Israeli jails, he might urge others while on sick bed to carry out redemptive actions.
Note that 4,500 Palestinians are currently detained inside Israeli occupation prisons, including 400 who have severe and chronic illnesses, 31 women, and 500 administrative detainees.
