Israeli soldiers rapped a woman in front of her husband and children and killed others during their military operation at the Al-Shifa medical complex, west of Gaza.
Jameela Al-Hessi, a Palestinian woman who was stuck at Al-Shifa hospital, told Al-Jazeera in an online interview that the invading Israeli soldiers rapped a pregnant woman in front of her husband and kids’ eyes after she begged them not to harm her, for she was exhausted a five-month pregnancy.
“She begged them to only find soldiers beating her, stripping her of clothes, and rapped her before her relatives’ eyes,” Al-Hessi added. The soldiers ordered all detained men in the place not to close their eyes on this disgusting episode; otherwise, they would be killed, according to Al-Hessi.
Testimonies on this inhumane incident confirmed that the soldiers humiliated all people inside the hospital and then evacuated the women except the pregnant one and her relatives, only to record another ever sadistic image of contemptible occupation over history.
Other testimonies confirmed the Israeli army had used starvation to torture the patients and the medical team inside the hospital. “Doctors resorted to drinking medical solutions as a result of preventing water and food entry into the place for the sixth day in a raw,” said a Palestinian who was evacuated from the hospital.
So far, 13 patients died due to the Israeli siege on the hospital, according to the Ministry of Health.
The Israeli army announced on Saturday that it executed 170 Palestinians and detained hundreds for interrogations, transferring at least 160 of them to Israeli prisons.
This is the second time that Israeli forces have raided the complex since the start of the war on Gaza last October 7, as they previously raided it last November 16 after a week-long siege, then withdrew after 8 days, during which its yards, parts of its buildings, medical equipment, and even the power generator were destroyed.
