Israeli settlers attacked on Friday, October 28, Palestinian olive harvesters while picking their olives in Jibia village, northwest of occupied Ramallah.
Local sources reported that a Palestinian man suffered bruises after he was assaulted by Israeli settlers from Halmish illegally built on the Palestinian lands west of Ramallah.
The sources added that Israeli settlers attacked the vehicles of olive harvesters, journalists, and foreign activists, causing material damage.
As the olive harvest season starts every year, Israeli settlers, supported and aided by Israeli forces, escalate their raids into the Palestinian lands, uprooting olive trees and stealing the olive harvest.
During the olive harvest season in 2021 between October 1st and November 15th, reports revealed that Israeli settlers committed 42 violations against olives and olives harvesters.
