A colonial Israeli settler killed a Palestinian youth on Friday, 6 October 2023 in the occupied West Bank town of Huwwara, south of Nablus.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that the 19-year-old Palestinian youth Labib Muhammad Labib Dhamidi was killed by colonial settler bullets in Huwwara town.
The Ministry added that Dhamidi was the fourth Palestinian to be killed by Israeli forces and settlers’ bullets in less than 24 hours.
Last night, Dozens of Israeli settlers invaded Huwwara town and attacked the Palestinian residents and their properties, causing damage to their belongings under the Israeli forces’ protection.
25 Palestinians including 4 children suffocated as a result of inhaling toxic tear gas and were treated in the field, according to Palestinian medical sources.
Tensions have escalated between Palestinians and Israeli colonial settlers amid intensified Israeli deadly military raids in occupied Palestinian lands.
Palestinian officials said this was the deadliest start to a year there since 2000. More than 244 Palestinians have been killed since the start of 2023 across the occupied Palestinian lands.
