Israeli settlers are planning to join in anti-government protests on Saturday evening, February 4, 2023, against the Israeli far-right government.

Israeli media sources reported that protests are expected to be held today’s evening against Benjamin Netanyahu’s government in Haifa, Tel Aviv, and Bi’r as-Saba’.

The protests are mainly organized against the government’s proposed changes that will ‘weaken the judicial system’. Some protests criticized the country’s treatment of Palestinians.

Since the start of 2023, several protests have been held against the new government. More than 100,000 people turned up in Tel Aviv only on January 21.

“It is already clear to every home in Israel that there is no reform here — there is an attempted coup that will turn Israel into a Netanyahu dictatorship, crash the economy and harm the security of the state,” protesters told Haaretz.
