Israeli occupation forces (IOF) wounded Wednesday, August 03, 2022 three Palestinian young men by live bullets in Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqilya in occupied West Bank.
Local sources said that IOF invaded the Kafr Qaddum today at dawn which led to erupt confrontations with the Palestinian young men.
They added that dozens of Israeli occupation soldiers invaded the village.
They stated that the three young men who were injured identified as Qusai Jihad (27 years); He was wounded in the back.
Also Youssef Abdel Fattah (19 years) in the leg, and Malik Hikmat (17 years) in the thigh.
Sources confirmed that they were all taken to a hospital for treatment, where their injuries were described as moderate.
Kafr Qaddum is a Palestinian town in the northern occupied West Bank, located 13 kilometers west of Nablus and 17 kilometers east of Qalqilya in the Qalqilya Governorate.
According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), the town had a population of approximately 3,500 inhabitants in mid-year 2006.
For many years, villagers from Kafr Qaddum and neighboring villages have been holding weekly protests every Friday against illegal Israeli settlement construction.
More than 650,000 Israeli settlers live in Jewish-only settlements across the occupied Palestinian Territories in violation of international law.
